Senator Miller, Acting Majority Leader, moved that CS FOR HOUSE                
BILL NO. 433(JUD) am An Act relating to an exemption to the                    
unauthorized publication or use of communications and the                      
prohibition against eavesdropping for certain law enforcement                  
activities be taken up.  Without objection, the bill was read the              
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Miller, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous              
consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final
